Our Beijing office, senior managers, designers and quality inspectors work with our selected factories in China and Vietnam and are supported by our UK sales and service office and showroom located in Rugby.
Design and development
Working with our own or our customers designs, we create innovative ranges and products to exacting standards in a variety of styles to suit the market requirements, whilst ensuring we remain commercially minded. A considerable amount of time is spent on surveying and analysing the market and consumer trends with our aim to design and develop a quality product at an affordable price for the end consumer.
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and exceptional customer care throughout our entire supply process. Our approach involves the operation of a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) system, dedicated to guaranteeing the consistent application and adherence to our specific standards during the production process. This commitment extends to the implementation of extensive training programs for factory shop floor managers and their teams. Through this ongoing process, we establish a uniform method for product inspection and foster both integrity and team development.
We supply some of the most prestigious furniture retailers in the UK through our Wholesale partner and direct to national and online retailers. Our current portfolio includes dining, living, home office, bedroom and kitchen furniture manufactured in a variety of styles to suit the market requirements. Our factories utilise solid oak, wood species, oak veneers, painted finishes, ceramic, stone, metal, melamine and high-pressure laminates to create the design, style and perceived value required.

Environmental and legal responsibilities
Monitoring material sourcing is a strong stipulation we observe. Timber based products entering the market must meet the required legislation. Due Diligence is applied to ensure that only legal timber is brought into the market.
Beijing Head Office
The central hub of our operations is our Head Office in Beijing. Here, we have a team of experienced furniture technicians who play a crucial role in new collection design. They are not limited to the office but also work out in the field, assisting with pre-production samples and collaborating with factories to enhance production efficiency and quality across our product ranges.
In addition to our design and production support, our Beijing office is home to a state-of-the-art quality control training facility. This facility provides in-depth training for Quality Control (QC) personnel from all our Asian sourcing countries. The program covers market requirements and essential interpersonal skills, ensuring that QC professionals leave with the confidence to manage issues on the production line effectively.
Over the years, our shipping department has cultivated strong relationships with a network of trusted shipping agents. This extensive network enables us to consistently secure the best shipping rates and access the fastest vessels available. We can handle the shipping process on your behalf, or we can assist you in finding the most favourable shipping deals.
Furthermore, our Beijing office is responsible for managing general administrative tasks and overseeing our accounts operations. Operating on the same time zones as our factories speeds up new range development.
