We are Furniture designers, development and sourcing specialists with over twenty-five years experience supplying the UK furniture trade via direct container. Flexiload Asia are a market leader having established some of the most successful and bestselling ranges in the UK.


Our Beijing office, senior managers, designers and quality inspectors work with our selected factories in China and Vietnam and are supported by our UK sales and service office and showroom located in Rugby.


Design and development

Working with our own or our customers designs, we create innovative ranges and products to exacting standards in a variety of styles to suit the market requirements, whilst ensuring we remain commercially minded. A considerable amount of time is spent on surveying and analysing the market and consumer trends with our aim to design and develop a quality product at an affordable price for the end consumer.

Quality assured

We ensure quality standards and customer care throughout the supply process are to the highest level. We operate a full QC team to ensure our specific standards are applied and adhered to throughout the production process. This includes full training programs to factory shop floor managers and their teams. This ongoing process ensures we have a consistent approach to product inspection and helps to create integrity and team development.


We supply some of the most prestigious furniture retailers in the UK through our Wholesale partner and direct to national and online retailers. Our current portfolio includes dining, living, home office, bedroom and kitchen furniture manufactured in a variety of styles to suit the market requirements. Our factories utilise solid oak, wood species, oak veneers, painted finishes, ceramic, stone, metal, melamine and high-pressure laminates to create the design, style and perceived value required.

Working policies and environment

These factories are audited fully to satisfy our preconditions for a working relationship. This includes welfare, a clean working environment and health and safety.

Environmental and legal responsibilities

Monitoring material sourcing is a strong stipulation we observe. Timber based products entering the market must meet the required legislation. Due Diligence is applied to ensure that only legal timber is brought into the market.

Beijing Head Office

The Head Office in Beijing is the central hub of our operations, on our staff we have experienced furniture technicians to assist with new collection design, they also work out in the field helping with pre-production samples,  assisting factories to increase efficacy and quality when producing our ranges.  Also located at our Beijing office is our robust quality control training facility, here QC’s from all our Asian sourcing countries are put through an in depth programme teaching market requirements and people skills, they leave with the confidence on how to manage issues on the production line. Our shipping department over many years have built up close relationships with a network of shipping agents, we always know the best rates and the fastest vessels, we either ship for you, or assist in making sure you have the best deals. General admin and accounts operations are also operated from this office.
